Charms and Fuse
Materials
Penny Larsen Charms are all made from recycled sterling silver or recycled jeweler's brass. All pendants come on an 18" sterling silver chain.
Lead Time
Most of the charms are made in small production batches and will ship within 1 week. However, occasionally a piece will have to be hand cut and may take up to 3 weeks before being ready to ship. You will be notified by email within one day of ordering if this pertains to you.
Custom Orders
Penny is happy to work with you on a custom order. Please contact us to discuss.
Bridal
All Penny Larsen Bridal pieces are custom and made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please contact us with any questions.
Shipping

Timing
All Fuse and Penny Larsen Charms will ship within 1 week of order placement with the exception of made-to-order items. Please allow up to 3 weeks for these orders.
Cost
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail with a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders shipped within the US.
For all international orders, please contact us for pricing quotes.
Bridal
Timing
All Penny Larsen Bridal pieces will ship within 3-4 weeks of order placement.
Cost
All orders ship via the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail with a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders shipped within the US. Please contact us at time of order if you prefer a different method of shipping.

Packaging
All bridal orders will be delivered in a jewelry box inside a shipping box or padded envelope.
Gifts
If your jewelry purchase is a gift and you would like it shipped directly to the recipient, please provide their shipping address at checkout. Please make a note if you would like the receipt and packing slip sent to you.
Returns
Made to order and custom orders are non-refundable. However, we want our customers to be happy. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your piece to discuss how we can make it right.
All stock items may be returned within 7 days in their original packaging. Please notify us before shipping and use the return address on your package for returns. Please contact us with any questions.
